Shipping and Delivery

At Zefa, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. We have partnered with ShipRocket, a leading shipping aggregator, to ensure reliable and timely delivery across India.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to most pin codes across India. If your location is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout.

2. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Orders placed after 5 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:

• 3–7 business days for metro and tier-1 cities.
• 5–10 business days for remote or non-metro locations.

Please note: Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather, strikes, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location, order value, and chosen shipping method.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status in real-time through ShipRocket’s system.

6. Delays or Issues

In case of any delay or issue with your delivery, please contact our support team at support@zefa.com. We will coordinate with ShipRocket and keep you updated.

7. Non-Delivery

• If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier may attempt delivery again or return the order to us.
• In case of a return to origin (RTO), we will contact you to reschedule shipping. Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned as we expand our logistics in the future.
