Returns
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Some items such as perishable goods, personal care items, and customized products may not be eligible for return.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@zefa.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.
Exceptions
- Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded.
- Digital products and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
